Seventy Ninth Resources has appointed SRK Exploration and Consulting, recognised in the industry as the ‘gold standard’ of mineral exploration. SRK is a world leader in interpreting integrated data sets for target generation, including aeromagnetic, radio-metric, gravity, land sat and seismic data. Its resource estimates use the best available methods based on rigorous data analysis and sound geological assessment of ore systems, helping to provide us with a clear understanding of reliability and risk at all stages of our project generation model.

MSA is an independent technical consultancy providing high quality geology, exploration, mineral resource, mining and environmental solutions to the international mining industry. MSA’s services encompass the entire mining life cycle, from targeting and initial assessment to turn-key exploration project management, mineral resource and reserve estimation, public reporting, valuations, scoping/PEA studies and feasibility studies, mine optimisation and mine closure.

Founded in 1905, Triay Lawyers is a full-service law firm based in Gibraltar, offering a range of expert legal services to both local and international clients. Triay is considered to be at the forefront of legal services in Gibraltar, and several of its practitioners are recognised as leaders in their chosen fields by independent sources such as Chambers and Legal 500. Triay Lawyers has been appointed as legal advisor to the Company in respect of Gibraltar laws and has provided no advice in relation to the laws of any other jurisdiction.

T&T Trustees Limited has been appointed as the security trustee in accordance with a security trustee deed. The underlying security (the shares of 79th Resources Limited) have been charged, in accordance with the terms of a share charge, to T&T Trustees Limited for the benefit of the loan note holders of 79th Resources Limited. In the event of 79^th Resources Limited defaulting on the loan notes, T&T Trustees Limited may seek to enforce the security, accordingly. T&T Trustees Limited has not and will not review the financial condition or affairs of 79th Resources Limited or any other entity whatsoever during the life of the arrangements contemplated by the information memorandum issued by 79th Resources Limited. The security may be insufficient to meet all outstanding amounts under the loan notes.

They are also well-versed in the stock exchange listing requirements, and have successfully assisted numerous issuers seeking a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). Garfinkle Biderman has been appointed as legal advisor to the Company in respect of Canadian laws and has provided no advice in relation to the laws of any other jurisdiction.
